First cause therapy is a regression based therapy that can help you reach the root cause of your problem in order to heal not only its symptoms but what causes them as well.
Will I be hypnotized during the therapy session?
Your level of involvement is similar to the one watching a good movie or a good book that you really like. You will at all times retain your ability to make decisions and your self awareness.
How many therapy session will I need to solve my problem?
Considering the type of problem you are facing, the number of sessions can vary between one and seven sessions on the same topic. For approximately 85{251a271e0e9e2ca487380a7fa1c0e960fe2a57eb82eff9cee722213f77e461b0} of the cases, one session is enough to solve a problem.
What can I do if I am unable to realize exactly what is my problem?
The focused awareness session aims exactly at this. You can participate in such a session by itself or coupled with a first cause therapy session.
How long do the results obtained after the therapy last?
Considering that you will follow the recommendations for the 7-14 days period after the session, the results will last for a life time.
Which are the most important things to take under consideration before coming to therapy?
